Midwest Counseling & Diagnostics, LLC is seeking a full-time licensed therapist to join our first 100% employee-owned group practice in Illinois. Open to Oak Brook, Northbrook, or Downtown Chicago with a hybrid schedule and in-office presence 1–2 days weekly.

We welcome LCSW, LCPC, PhD or PsyD candidates and emphasize clinician ownership through ESOP after one year of full-time employment. Competitive fee split and comprehensive benefits are provided."

Qualifications

• Must hold an active professional license to practice therapy in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, PhD, PsyD).
• Hybrid work availability with in-person presence required 1–2 days per week.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time clinical therapy services with hybrid scheduling.
• Maintain accurate client notes and treatment plans.
