The position requires an LCSW and/or LCPC license in good standing, a Master's degree, and a commitment to evidence-based

  • Ability to facilitate evidence-based substance abuse treatment modalities.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities at various levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional counseling services to patients and families in individual and group settings.
  • Conduct lectures and participate in community outreach activities.
  • Document assessment, care provided, treatment plans and data in the Addiction Recovery patient record.
  • Provide educational support to clinical program staff.
  • Participate in marketing activities of Addiction Recovery to hospital, clinics and the community.
  • Provide leadership to support multidisciplinary service provision in the department.
  • Assist leadership with orientation and training of new and existing clinical team members.
