Job summary

Carle Health seeks a Clinical Team Lead to provide outpatient counseling for individuals with substance use disorders and to align treatment frameworks among the Clinical team. The role focuses on motivational interviewing and other evidence-based modalities, ensuring the client is centered in care and that practices remain flexible to engage patients.

Key duties include leading professional counseling services, coordinating community lectures, documenting care plans, and supporting staff

Qualifications

Licensed clinical social worker and LCPC credentials required.
Master’s Degree required.
Experience in substance use treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide professional counseling services to patients and families in individual and group settings.
Facilitate lectures and participate in community outreach activities and referrals as needed.
Document assessment, care, treatment plans and data in patient records.
Provide educational support to clinical program staff.
Participate in marketing activities for Addiction Recovery to hospital, clinics and the community.
Provide leadership to support multidisciplinary service provision in the department.
Serve as a role model and support leadership in implementing evolving best practices.
Assist leadership with orientation and training of Clinical team members.
