Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks Supervising Clinicians to provide supervision for unlicensed clinicians and to deliver psychotherapy in outpatient settings, including telehealth where appropriate.

The role requires a Master’s degree, active licensure, and the ability to supervise per regulatory standards. A strong ethics framework and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• Valid independent clinical license in the state(s) of practice.
• Licensing Board registration requirements (as applicable).
• Knowledge of privacy and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and training for unlicensed clinicians.
• Deliver psychotherapy individually, in families, and groups in outpatient settings.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate care with internal programs and external providers as needed.
• Mentor clinicians to achieve quality outcomes and professional development.
