Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program.
• Valid independent clinical license in the state(s) served.
• Meet post-licensure experience requirements for supervisor per boards.
• Meet licensing board requirements for clinical supervision.
• Knowledge of state/federal rules and HIPAA/privacy standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork, even under stress.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group supervision to unlicensed clinicians.
• Review supervisee documentation and approve session notes and plans.
• Maintain supervision records and ensure timely filings.
• Assess clinicians using outcomes-based measures and provide feedback.
• Coordinate with Clinic Director on performance and compliance.
• Maintain licensure requirements and participate in required trainings.
• Deliver psychotherapy services in outpatient settings and via telehealth when needed.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and high ethical standards.
