This Outpatient Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision and guidance to the social work staff. Assist in developing unit goals, objectives and standards of performance, as well as developing, coordinating and implementing clinical and program activities. The Clinical Supervisor ensures the social work staff meets compliance with legal and regulatory compliance and standards which promote optimum health care delivery. The Clinical Supervisor also coordinates performance improvement activities and addresses deficiencies.

The Clinical Supervisor position will be housed out of the Carson Outpatient Facility, located at 16920 Avalon Blvd, Carson CA 90746
