Jobot is seeking an Outpatient Clinical Operations Manager (NP) to lead a network of ambulatory infusion clinics in Riverside, CA. You will provide clinical oversight, drive operational performance, and mentor clinic teams to deliver high-quality patient care on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Prefer 5 or more years related clinical experience.
• Proven experience managing day-to-day operations, schedules, mentoring/training, maintaining compliance & quality standards, KPI's, etc.
• Active CA RN License.

Clinical Operations Manager (NP/Nurse Practitioner):

The Regional Clinical Manager will provide clinical oversight and leadership to multiple ambulatory infusion clinics throughout Riverside, CA and the surrounding area.
