Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead an Outpatient Infusion Center in Riverside, CA. This on-site, Monday–Friday role offers a stable, permanent position with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

You will manage day-to-day operations, schedules, mentoring and training, while ensuring compliance, quality standards, and KPI achievement in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. CA NP license required; 5+ years of clinical and leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner with CA license.
• Prefer 5+ years combined clinical and leadership experience.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations, schedules and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ambulatory infusion center operations Monday–Friday (days).
• Ensure compliance, quality standards, and KPI achievement.
• Mentor staff and coordinate training, scheduling and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Prefer 5 or more years combined clinical experience
• Must have 1-2 years of proven leadership experience managing day-to-day operations, schedules, mentoring/training, maintaining compliance & quality standards, KPI's, etc.
• Experience in outpatient Oncology, Infusion, Ambulatory practices or related clinical experience preferred
• * Active CA Nurse Practitioner License
