Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Ambulatory Infusion Clinic Manager (NP) to oversee outpatient infusion clinics in the Bellevue, WA area. The role focuses on leadership, scheduling, mentoring, and ensuring quality standards across multiple clinics.

Monday - Friday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or overnights per ad Qualified candidates are NPs with WA licensure and 5+ years of clinical leadership, preferably in infusion/oncology settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Must have active WA NP license.
• Prefer 5+ years of related clinical experience.
• Prefer experience in Infusion, Oncology, Hematology, Biologics, Ambulatory setting, or related specialty.
• Proven leadership experience managing day-to-day operations, schedules, mentoring/training, ensuring compliance & quality standards, KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outpatient infusion clinics.
• Manage schedules, mentoring and training of staff.
• Maintain compliance and quality standards and monitor KPIs.

Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 per year
