Job summary

Advocate Medical Group in Elgin, IL seeks an Ambulatory and Outpatient Clinical Nurse Supervisor to provide direct supervision of clinical areas and help the practice deliver patient-centered care in line with policies.

The role requires RN licensure, 2–3 years supervisory experience, outpatient background, and Spanish speaking preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with travel between two sites at Randall Rd and Airlite St.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required and in good standing.
• 2–3 years of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Spanish-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to selected clinical areas.
• Oversee and support staff in delivering coordinated patient-centered care.
