Job summary

Advocate Health in Wilmette, IL seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse Supervisor to lead ambulatory care teams and coordinate clinic operations. You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.

The role requires RN licensure and 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience with outpatient exposure preferred. On-site schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Licensure is required.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Outpatient experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support staff in providing and coordinating comprehensive care through the nursing process.
• Promote safe, therapeutic outcomes in alignment with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead daily clinic operations and patient care coordination.
