Job summary

Ideal Option and Ideal Balance in Spokane, WA seeks a Clinic Registered Nurse to support clinicians, patients and clinic operations with clinical and administrative duties. The RN will assist providers, handle documentation, coordinate patient flow, and ensure PHI privacy.

The role requires an active WA RN license, 2+ years of outpatient experience, BLS, and strong communication. Work Mon–Fri at the clinic with a $50/hr rate and potential outreach responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in WA.
• Minimum 2 years nursing in outpatient or hospital.
• BLS certification and medical terminology knowledge.
• Proficient with computers and Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Experience with underserved populations preferred.
• HIPAA compliance and patient privacy awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support clinic flow for in-person and virtual patients.
• Obtain patient documents, consents and releases.
• Collect copays and manage payments per policy.
• Maintain in-clinic cash handling and deposits.
• Provide clinical support under RN scope and provider orders.
• Phlebotomy and urine collection when directed.
• Administer SubQ/IM injections per protocol.
• Educate patients about treatment plans.
• Collaborate with providers and team to meet goals.
• Maintain supplies and inventory; ensure PHI compliance.
• Attend virtual meetings and support the team.
