Qualifikationen

• Experience working in a healthcare clinic or outpatient setting.

• Direct daily operations of the outpatient medical practice and coordinate with providers and staff.
• Provide leadership and development to clinical staff with performance feedback.

• Ensure compliance with HRSA, CMS, Joint Commission and related programs.
• Monitor patient flow, scheduling, and service quality.
• Support infection control and safety policies.
