Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking a Manager of Outpatient Clinic to oversee day-to-day activities and ensure high-quality healthcare services within hospital policies. This role focuses on process improvement, clinic efficiency, and maintaining clear communication with senior leadership and medical staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages professional and support personnel charged with providing outpatient care.

• Ensures efficient and economical performance in line with budgets and goals.
• Maintains effective communications with senior administration, medical staff, and all levels of clinical employees.

Assists in establishing and improving processes, optimize efficiency and quality of the clinic.GENERAL DUTIES

• Manages professional and support personnel charged with providing outpatient care to patients.
• Evaluates outpatient clinic's program policies/procedures and evaluate mechanisms to ensure consistency with the regulatory laws and standards.
• Participates in the development of outpatient clinic policies and procedures.
• Ensures efficient and economical performance in accordance with clinic operating budgets, goals and objectives.
• Maintains effective communications with senior administration, medical staff, the community, and all levels of clinical employees.
  

Education/Experience Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 5 years of Supervisory Experience
