Kane County Hospital is seeking an Outpatient Services Manager to lead day-to-day operations for the Medical Practice Clinic and Specialty Clinic. You will oversee staff, ensure efficient workflows, and coordinate registrations and authorizations to improve patient access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a medical clinic or outpatient setting required.
• Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and staff workflows.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of both Medical Practice and Specialty Clinics.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance management for clinic staff.
• Directly supervise the Lead Medical Assistant and MA team.
• Monitor MA workflows, provider support, and patient callbacks.
• Oversee registration/front-desk functions for patient flow.
• Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and payer requirements.
• Maintain staffing levels based on provider schedules and volumes.
• Identify workflow problems and implement efficiency improvements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff training initiatives.
• Collaborate with hospital departments to support outpatient services.
