By offering centralized support for inquiries, scheduling, client/therapist matching, insurance contracting, billing and collections, our providers get to focus on what they love most – providing world-class mental health services.

Job Title: Outpatient Therapist

Required Qualifications:

  1. LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, or Psychologist License in Ohio.
  2. Master’s or doctoral degree in qualified specialty from an accredited college or university.
  3. Relevant clinical experience with providing direct services to clients.
  4. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  6. Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  7. Ability to pass a background check.
  8. A GREAT sense of HUMOR :)
Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans.
  2. Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis and treatment plan reviews according to company policy.
  3. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team.
  4. Utilize recognized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  5. Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other personnel as needed.
  6. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
