Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline (MSW preferred).
• Licensed with 3rd party reimbursement approval.
• Three years of professional experience in mental health or human services, preferably outpatient.
• At least three years of direct clinical care as a psychotherapist.
• Independent outpatient evaluation and psychotherapeutic service delivery.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiar with community resources for treatment planning.
• Acquire New Hampshire license within 6 months of hire.
• Must be licensed and in good standing to bill third-party payers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical psychotherapy and evaluation services.
• Collaborate with outpatient multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Conduct psychosocial evaluation and initial treatment planning.
• Develop and evaluate program components to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate with providers and services to support treatment plans.
• Assess and manage clinical risk in outpatient settings.
