Brattleboro Retreat is seeking an experienced clinician to provide outpatient psychotherapy and evaluation services to promote patient functioning. The role includes direct clinical care and collaboration with the outpatient team, with requirement to obtain a New Hampshire license within six months of hire.

• Clinical expertise in psychotherapeutic process and crisis intervention.
• Autonomous delivery of outpatient evaluation and psychotherapeutic services.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary mental health team.
• Familiar with community resources and treatment planning.
• Acquire New Hampshire license within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct collaborative clinical care (individual, family/marital, group) to promote treatment plan goals.
• Maintain quality service including documentation and adherence to ethics and state codes.
• Conduct outpatient assessments including mental status exam and initial treatment planning.
• Coordinate with other providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Support program development and evaluation within clinical and administrative standards.
