Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Nursing, BSN preferred.
• Current LA RN licensure.
• Working knowledge of alternative payment methodology, insurance coverage, post-acute providers, and community resources.
• Demonstrated ability in planning, organizing, leadership, and communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Current BLS certification through ILCOR courses (e.g., AHA or Red Cross) with manikin check-off.
• Two years of Acute Care Hospital, Emergency Department, Case Management, or Utilization Management experience preferred.
