Job summary

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nursing Program completed and active.
• Current Louisiana RN licensure.
• Active BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications with ALS/PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to designated patient group using nursing process and therapeutic use of self.
• Coordinate with health care team across environment and instrumentation.
• Supervise LPNs, Unit Assistants, Monitor Technicians, CNAs, Nurse Technicians, unit clerks and Paramedic technicians.
• Ensure patient safety and quality care during shift.
