Vitruvian Health in Dalton, GA is seeking an Outpatient Care Coordinator to support accurate patient information collection and timely care delivery in a busy outpatient setting. The role requires a High School diploma, at least 2 years in an outpatient clinic, familiarity with medical terminology, coding, and preauthorization, and comfortable using EHR/EMR systems.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
