Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in ND or compact
• CPR within orientation period
• Point of Care certifications as required within orientation period

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and prepare patients for evaluations or pre-operative appointments.
• Assist with in-clinic procedures, medication administration, wound assessments, and post-operative care.
• Coordinate and schedule diagnostic studies such as cardiac imaging, lab work, and pre-surgical testing.
• Provide patient education on pre-operative preparation, recovery, incision care, and follow-up instructions.
• Document assessments, interventions, and care plans in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
