Job summary

Qualifications

• RN program evidenced by licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform postoperative assessments and monitor vital signs and surgical sites.
• Administer medications, wound care, and therapeutic interventions.
• Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia, therapy providers, and case management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Educate patients and families on postoperative care and safety.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives in the surgical unit.
