Qualifications

• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with clinical and management competencies.
• Knowledge of cardiology, stress testing, and rehab protocols.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, monitor cardiac stress tests and rehab exercises, manage medications, perform IV insertions, and respond to emergencies per ACLS; document in electronic records and develop personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, participate in meetings, support quality improvement, and mentor staff.
• Utilize Outlook, Word, SuccessFactors and Epic EMR systems proficiently.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional development in cardiovascular care.
