Vetted Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in a 24-hour facility, performing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while adhering to nursing care standards.

You will collaborate with PT, OT, and Speech therapists, educate patients on illness management and post-treatment care, and participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. RN license required; Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Nursing diploma or associate's degree required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years experience preferred; not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans with input from patients and the interprofessional team.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and cultural factors.
• Ensures effective communication of care plans across the continuum of care.
• Works in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safe practices.
