BHC Alhambra Hospital in Rosemead, California, is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth for our outpatient programs through referrals and strong provider relationships.
You will leverage proven sales and marketing skills, build accounts, and interpret clinical data to communicate available hospital treatments and services to partners. A driver's license is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Our 115 bed facility established in 1924 prides itself on upholding a standard of excellence that allows our patients to take the first step to recovery. BHC Alhambra Hospital is a private, fully accredited, full-service acute psychiatric hospital serving children, adolescents and adults. BHC Alhambra is dedicated to providing quality behavioral health, substance abuse, and eating disorder treatment. We offer inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient options for individuals in the communities of the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles County, and surrounding areas.
The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving facility growth and census for our hospital outpatient program by cultivating relationships with healthcare providers and board & cares administrators to generate patient referrals. This high-profile marketing position is ideal for a dynamic healthcare professional that is organized and self-motivated, demonstrates teamwork and cooperation, and has a passion for working with the mental health population.

Requirements:
Education: High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three to five (3-5) years experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results, and a knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles, preferred.
Additional Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in applicable state.
