BHC Alhambra Hospital in Rosemead, California, seeks a Charge Nurse (RN) to lead patient care on our psychiatric unit. This role requires coordinating care, supervising LVN/LPT staff, and ensuring adherence to nursing processes and standards.

BHC Alhambra Hospital is a private, fully accredited, full-service acute psychiatric hospital serving children, adolescents, and adults. We offer inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient options for individuals in the communities of the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles County, and surrounding areas.
The Charge Nurse (RN) prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members and in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. Supervisory responsibilities for LVN/LPT and Program Specialist.
Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A minimum of three (3) years experience as a registered nurse in a psychiatric health care facility is preferred.
Currently licensed to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
