Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a therapist with experience treating individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. This full-time, office-based role offers both face-to-face and telehealth sessions. You will work with a multidisciplinary team; there are no weekend or on-call requirements.

Starting salary range is $50,000-$55,000, with the possibility of professional growth. A Master's degree in a qualifying field and licensure eligibility are required, along with at least one year of

Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical psychology, MH counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or MH counseling specialization.
• License-eligible in the respective discipline is preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience treating mental health disorders; substance use experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop therapeutic rapport with clients and meet with clients as scheduled.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and identify need for risk assessments (including substance use).
• Provide assessment services and individual (and possibly family) therapy.
• Develop, write, and evaluate treatment goals and plans.
• Utilize empirically based modalities to manage mental health or substance use diagnosis.
• Complete progress notes within agency guidelines and respond to supervisory requests for urgent care.
