UPMC Chautauqua is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist Associate to join our Outpatient Addiction Medicine team in Jamestown. Schedule is 9am-5pm with no weekends or major holidays.

The ideal candidate will hold CASAC certification and contribute to treatment planning, assessments, and case management for individuals with mental health or substance use disorders. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education in school counseling, or related field.
• Completion of a human services related internship/practicum or 1 year of relevant human services experience.
• Knowledge of psychiatric evaluation and assessment process; licensure/certifications and clearances required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct structured assessments and determine treatment needs under supervision.
• Provide individual and group therapy to patients in the program.
• Coordinate with treatment team and community resources to ensure continuity of care.
• Document assessments, treatment sessions and case management activities.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation and obtain authorizations for services.
