Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• CASAC certification required (NY).
• At least 1 year of experience with alcohol or substance use disorders.
• Knowledge of bio-psycho-social addiction treatment principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Screening and assessment for SUD and co-occurring conditions.
• Develop and implement integrated, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and recovery.
• Coordinate internal and external referrals for coordinated care.
• Maintain complete and confidential EMR documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OASAS, and 42 CFR Part 2.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in supervision.
• Oversee toxicology screening as needed.
