Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA, CFR Part 2, and 42 CFR Part 2, with on-site day shift expectations and opportunities for flexible hours within standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Must be courteous and professional at all times
• Highly organized with ability to keep accurate notes and records
• Experience with EHR systems and reports
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA, CFR Part 2 and related confidentiality rules
• Certification in HPAO de-escalation program is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive, evidence-based outpatient program compliant with regulations
• Oversee hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluations
• Ensure adequate staffing and regulatory coverage
• Prepare job descriptions and conduct regular performance reviews
• Oversee documentation, budgeting, and expense monitoring
• Ensure program quality, confidentiality, and compliance with policies
