You will drive performance across referrals, staffing, documentation, and client experience while partnering with senior leaders to align with organizational goals.

The role demands strong clinical judgment, supervisory experience, and a track record of improving KPIs, patient outcomes, and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health fields that meet professional and payer requirements.
• Experience leading outpatient behavioral health teams.
• Strong knowledge of access management, productivity, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor outpatient services to achieve clinical, access, quality, and financial goals.
• Provide supervision and coaching for outpatient staff and supervisors.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staffing coverage to minimize disruption in care.
• Ensure compliant documentation, billing, and payer requirements across services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to improve service delivery and transitions between centers.
