Qualifications

• Master’s in Social Work and LICSW licensure required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare or social services setting.
• Equivalent experience in a Master's level internship may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial evaluation, case management, treatment, discharge planning, and documentation.
• Gather psychosocial evaluation via interviews and record reviews and complete assessment with treatment plan.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and psychotherapeutic groups as assigned.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care.
• Maintain independent licensure, including CEUs, and adhere to policies and ethics.
• Participate in meetings and may supervise interns when applicable.
