Master's in Social Work and an LCSW license are required, with 2+ years of direct experience. The role includes crisis intervention, evidence-based therapies, and ongoing documentation to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work required.
• 2+ direct clinical experience delivering behavioral health care.
• Experience with brief, structured counseling techniques (e.g. CBT or PST) required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake visits and assess behavioral health history.
• Provide DSM-5 based diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
