Carson Valley Health is looking for an Advanced Practice Provider to support the Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic in Gardnerville, NV. You will perform psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, therapy, medication management, and discharge planning under physician supervision.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, data/documentation accuracy, and collaboration with the Medical Director to ensure high-quality behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• American Nurses Association credentialing or NCCPA certification.
• Certificate in Advanced Psychiatric Nursing or CAQ in psychiatry.
• Nevada APN or PA license with prescribing privileges in NV.
• Current DEA and NV Board of Pharmacy controlled substance certificate.
• BLS and Non-violent Crisis Intervention certifications.
• Ability to credential with CVMC payers within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Assess and develop individualized care plans including assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with case manager to monitor and evaluate outcomes.
• Maintain documentation and discharge planning in accordance with CVH policies.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws.
