Sentara Health in Williamsburg, VA seeks an experienced RN for the Physician Practice and Clinic role. The nurse delivers outpatient care, assists with procedures, provides education, and coordinates care across the team. Reports to practice/nursing leadership and supports population health outreach.

Requirements include ADN, RN license, BLS, and 1–2 years ambulatory experience; BSN preferred. This is a day shift in a physician practice setting with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN is required; BSN preferred.
• 1–2 years ambulatory, clinical, or medical-surgical nursing experience preferred.
• Current state RN license is required; NCLEX-RN passed.
• BLS certification is required; AMB-BC certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and perform triage in person or by phone.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments.
• Provide patient education and self-management support.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up, and continuity of care.
