Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to lead the Café’s daily operations, supervise staff performance, and uphold premium service standards that reflect the Live!

brand. You will develop the business plan and budget, manage inventory and purchasing, train and mentor servers and hosts, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with F&B leadership to create a safe, efficient, guest‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years experience in restaurant supervision and/or management, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Must comply with state gaming regulations and obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and assist in the Café's business plan and budget.
• Oversee inventory control and ordering supplies for the Café.
• Develop the careers of servers, hosts, cashiers, and utility staff; includes training and evaluations.
• Review staffing levels to maintain a budgeted level of employment.
• Review departmental status with the F&B Manager and ensure program compliance.

The Outlet Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Café by overseeing daily activities, supporting staff performance, and upholding exceptional service standards. Through strong supervision, effective communication, and a commitment to operational excellence, you help cultivate a positive work environment while ensuring the Café delivers consistent, high‑quality service to every guest.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the Café.
• Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food, and drink necessary to operate the Café.
• Developing the career of servers, hosts, cashiers, and utility staff.
  • Including training, interviewing for new hires, assisting with performance management inclusive of disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluations.
• Review staffing levels to maintain a budgeted level of employment.
• Delegate authority and assign duties as necessary.
• Review departmental status withthe F&B Manager.
• Develop, implement, and supervise programs and processes to reduce and control loss time injuries.
• Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Three (3) years experience in restaurant supervision and/or management, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which include obtaining a license, an Alcohol Beverage Control Card, and any other applicable health certifications.
