Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a high-energy store experience by engaging customers and modeling service behaviors.
• Supervise and coach sales training to achieve best-in-class service and performance.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and in line with store policy, partnering with the store manager on escalations.
• Lead training for new hires and current associates on LS&CO culture and programs; provide formal feedback with management.
• Oversee cash handling and merchandise operations (shipments, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment) per policy.
• Assist the Store Manager to adapt store strategies and meet sales and performance targets; supervise in absence of a manager.
