Goodwill Greater Milwaukee and Chicago is hosting a hiring event on Wednesday, September 30th, 10am-3pm for Sales Associate positions at our Romeoville store. Starting rate is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow through training and referrals.

As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers on the sales floor, maintain a clean, organized store, and support merchandising and salvage activities while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and perform duties for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently salvages, recovers, stocks and merchandises product following store standards.
• Greet and assist customers, including helping with fitting rooms or locked cases.
• Report merchandize issues or supply needs to management and suggest improvements.
• Place products and supplies in correct store areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to questions from customers.
• Be familiar with store promotions and services to inform customers.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment for all customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
