Job summary

The Goodwill of Northern Illinois is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate at the McHenry, IL location. You will greet customers, assist with sales, and efficiently ring up merchandise while handling cash and card transactions.

Maintain a clean checkout area in a fast-paced store environment. You will work with a team to deliver excellent customer service, follow pricing procedures, and support store displays.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide high levels of customer service.
• Ability to handle cash accurately.
• Ability to count, add, and subtract.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to follow all safety rules.
• Must be able to operate a pricing gun and cash register.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Assist with merchandising and creating displays as directed by management.
