Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take guests' orders accurately and promptly.
• Run food from kitchen to tables.
• Handle cash and other payment forms.
• Process transactions using POS system and maintain accuracy.
• Verify guest IDs when necessary for age-restricted items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and upsell beverages and menu items.
• Maintain a clean and organized station and tables.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to create a memorable experience.
• Support team with tasks as needed.
