Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences that build enduring relationships.
• Help customers to look and feel their best by providing style advice based on their specific needs.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships that support a productive work environment.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas.
• Reinforce consistent selling and service standards through coaching, training, and accountability.
• Support inventory management, floorset execution, recalls, replenishment, and merchandising tasks.
• Prioritize daily tasks to meet customer, team, and business needs.
• Understand balancing operational and selling energy and plan scheduling accordingly.
• Maintain knowledge of fashion trends and business drivers to maximize sales and goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
