Job summary

Brobston Group’s Outlet Team Associate helps drive sales and profit by engaging customers on the sales floor and at checkout, while supporting merchandising efficiency and a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.

The role includes keeping the store clean and organized, tagging merchandise, and recovering the selling floor. It also requires following procedures to protect company assets and deliver strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and easy to shop.
• Prepare, tag, and ticket merchandise, and recover the selling floor by folding, straightening, and sizing items.
• Protect company assets and follow operational procedures.
