Job summary

You will support sales, customer relationships, store fulfillment, merchandising, and upkeep, circulate the sales floor, explain loyalty programs, and use store technology to meet daily operational requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedural manuals
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store experience.
• Circulate the sales floor, identify customer needs, and explain loyalty programs.
• Support store fulfillment, merchandising, sales-floor standards, and fitting-room upkeep.
• Use store technology and participate in operational requirements.
