Job summary

Clarks Outlet in Jackson, NJ is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our retail team. You will serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of store leadership, drive sales, organize merchandise, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The role requires training and coaching teammates, maintaining store standards, and upselling customers while upholding loss prevention policies. Physical duties include standing and lifting up to 50 lbs in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities
