Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our store in Folsom, CA. You will lead and support associates, drive sales, and ensure store standards while the Store Manager is away.

You will organize merchandise, coach teammates, uphold customer service excellence, and model the Clarks brand. This role offers employee discounts and a benefits package; the right candidate brings leadership, reliability, and a commitment to great shoes and service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.

• Assist in training and coaching employees on policies and procedures.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories.

• Follow policies on loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Create a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Physical: standing, bending, climbing, ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Some responsibilities of a Team Lead may include:

• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
