Key responsibilities of a Team Lead include:

  • Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
  • Achieve positive sales performance
  • Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
  • Oversee shipment receipt and maintain cleanliness
  • Assist in training and coaching staff on policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Upsell products when appropriate
  • Represent and embody the Clarks brand
  • Follow policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage
  • Create a welcoming work environment for colleagues

Physical requirements include standing for long periods, frequent bending, climbing, ladder use, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
