Job description

Clarks is seeking a Part Time Team Lead to join our team at 30 Center Square, Hanover, PA 17331, USA.

Additionally, Clarks offers a monthly bonus program where employees can earn $100 or more if the store meets or exceeds sales targets.

Responsibilities of a Team Lead include:

  • Serving as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
  • Achieving positive sales performance
  • Organizing store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
  • Overseeing shipment receipt and maintaining a clean store environment
  • Training and coaching employees on policies and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Upselling products and accessories when appropriate
  • Representing the Clarks Brand effectively
  • Following policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage
  • Creating a comfortable and collaborative work environment

Physical requirements include standing for long periods, frequent bending, climbing, ladder use, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
