Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor under the direction of the Executive Sous Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, ensure safety and quality, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise staff, train and coach team members, monitor food costs, HACCP compliance, and uphold sanitation standards while maintaining a fast, fun, and guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a kitchen team and daily operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP).
• Ability to manage food costs and leverage menu pricing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a section of the kitchen to ensure smooth operation.
• Place and check food requisitions in accordance with menus.
• Train staff at lower levels and coach employees to perform to standards.
• Use correct techniques, procedures and recipes for preparing and cooking food.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene within kitchens and adherence to HACCP.
