Job summary

RH Outlets seek a dedicated maintenance professional to plan, coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repair and housekeeping operations across our diverse retail spaces. You will ensure upkeep of interiors and exteriors, grounds, systems, and storage structures, while managing preventive maintenance programs for equipment and assets such as doors, carts and ladders.

• Plan, coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repair and housekeeping operations.
• Ensure upkeep and functionality of facility areas including exterior, interior, grounds, systems and storage structures.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and assets (doors, carts, dollies, tools, ladders).
• Minimize operational disruptions through prioritization, scheduling and execution of maintenance activities.
• Uphold OSHA and HAZMAT standards to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

• Ensure the upkeep and functionality of all facility areas, including the building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders
• Minimize operational disruptions through effective prioritization, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards and requirements
